High Hill Cheese Factory
Messer Henry Purdy and Lyman Savage are seriously counterplating building a creamery on the present site of the High Hill Cheese Factory. By having a separator station at South Roxton the new creamery could command the milk of about a thousand cows. Mr Purdy is one of the best cheese makers in Canada and if he should go into the butter business he will not be satisfied till he has reached the top in point of perfection.
