Dallaire Butter was a grocery store making butter. This butter is the product sold by the old "Dallaire Grocery Stores" «ancienne chaîne d'alimentation» bought by Métro at the end of the 80's. I think it was the Neufchâtel store. There was many Dallaire Grocery stores in the Quebec area. Particularly in Lauzon and St-Romuald.  Information : Mr. Vincent Couture
